"Yelagiri Trip - Our Thrilling One-Day Adventure!"

At 4 AM an early morning check in:

"My eyes snapped open suddenly at 4 AM, even though it wasn't me starting the trip. I was cocooned in a chill air blanket, shivering with anticipation for my friends from Chennai to embark on their journey. Without hesitation, I reached for my mobile and dialed keerthana number. "Have you started yet?" I asked anxiously. When she replied "yes," an explosion of relief flooded through me, calming my racing heart and preparing me for the adventure ahead."

4 AM Chennai

Journey Begins...

Our group of friends had been planning a trip to Yelagiri for weeks, and finally, the day arrived. our gang gathered in Chennai at 4 AM, all buzzing with excitement for our first one-day trip to the scenic hill station.

Yelagiri is a beautiful hill station near Chennai that offers stunning views of the mountains and greenery. It's a popular destination for tourists who enjoy trekking, boating, and exploring the scenic outdoors. The hill station is also home to several parks, adventure activities, and local delicacies like the famous Ambur Star Biryani.

"Exciting Start to the Yelagiri Trip with a Surprise Birthday Celebration"

Pavan and I were residing in Ranipet for outstation audit, so we couldn't catch the group from Chennai. However, our friends quickly hopped onto a tempo traveller and rushed to Ranipet to join with us.

Our group reached Ranipet around 8 AM and devoured a delicious breakfast at the famous Hotel Amirtha . The excitement peaked when we revealed our surprise birthday celebration plan for Swetha - we had secretly ordered a cake beforehand and kept it in the tempo.

At 8:45 AM, we began our journey to Yelagiri. As we wound up the curves road leading to the hill station, we stopped in the middle for a quick photoshoot. We also cut the birthday cake, adding to the already electric atmosphere.

Reaching the hill station, we visited the park and hopped onto the Columbus ride. We then headed to the lake for some pedal boating and later visited the Scary House, which thrilled us with its spine-chilling ambiance.

Pedal boating in Yelagiri is a wonderful experience. You sit on a small boat with pedals and use your feet to move through the calm waters of the lake. The scenery is beautiful with trees and hills surrounding you. You can feel the fresh air and the gentle breeze on your face. It's a peaceful and relaxing way to spend time with your friends or family. It's a fun activity that anyone can try, even if you don't have any boating experience.










"Thrilling Experience at the Scary House"

At first, nobody wanted to go inside the scary house. But after talking about it, we all finally went in. It was really dark and suddenly, there were random flashes of light and smoke. We all screamed, and some water even fell on us! It was so exciting! In the middle, we found a mirror and took a group picture, but it wasn't very clear. I remember how Chetna held everyone's hand and screamed while we walked. She was the first one to run out when some light came in. It was such a thrilling experience!



To quench our thirst for adventure, we went to Funvile Extreme Adventures. Here, we enjoyed a combo pack of thrilling games like gun shooting, archery, ATV bike riding, and ziplining. We couldn't play the paintball game because it is limited to 8 or 10 people, but that didn't dampen our spirits!

Trying zipline in Yelagiri was a first for me, and I was unsure if it was safe. But then, I decided to give it a go and soon found myself flying through the sky! It was an amazing feeling.

After an exhilarating day, we finally took some pictures and settled down for lunch at 5 PM. We decided to try the famous Ambur Star Biryani, which everyone had been raving about. The biryani was a burst of flavors, and we devoured it with gusto.

We set out for Chennai at 6:30 PM, exhausted but satisfied after a day of adventure and fun. The tempo traveller chugged along the winding roads as we reminisced about the day's highlights.

As we hit the road at nightfall with my closest friends, I couldn't help but feel the thrill of what's to come. With our favorite tunes blasting through the speakers, the cool breeze blowing on our faces, and the moonless sky setting the tone for an adventurous ride, the excitement was palpable.

As we sang along to our favorite songs, the memories of our day flooded back to us. The laughs, the jokes, the shared experiences all came rushing back, making this moment even more special. We rode on, reliving the moments that made our day so amazing, and creating new memories that will last a lifetime.

In that moment, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the people in my life who make moments like this possible. And as we continued down the road, with the wind in our hair and the music in our hearts, I knew that this was a night that we would never forget.

As we reached Chennai at 11 PM, we knew this was a trip that we would cherish forever. We had experienced the thrill of adventure, the joy of togetherness, and the beauty of nature.
